Join Lavender Menace in our friendly queer book archive for a hands-on writing workshop with Heather Parry exploring the craft of the queer gothic story. Materials and refreshments provided.
Heather Parry is a Glasgow-based writer of fiction and nonfiction. Her debut novel, Orpheus Builds a Girl, was shortlisted for the Saltire Fiction Book of the Year award and longlisted for the Polari First Book Prize. She is the editorial director of Extra Teeth magazine and co-created the Illustrated Freelancer’s Guide with artist Maria Stoian. She writes the substack General Observations on Eggs and her next novel, Carrion Crow, will be released in Feb 2025 with Doubleday.
