SUMMARY:Sarah Schulman: The Fantasy and Necessity of Solidarity
DESCRIPTION:What is solidarity? And how can solidarity effectively challenge the status quo? \n\n\n\nJoin acclaimed writer\, activist and historian Sarah Schulman to celebrate her latest book\, The Fantasy and Necessity of Solidarity. Throughout\, she unpacks both successes and failures of various movements\, highlighting how we can better stand with others. Crucial and insightful\, The Fantasy and Necessity of Solidarity is a hopeful call to action. \n\n\n\nSarah Schulman is a novelist\, playwright\, screenwriter\, nonfiction writer\, and AIDS historian. Her books include The Gentrification of the Mind and Conflict Is Not Abuse.
